Return & Refund Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 1 day from the date of delivery of the products.

Once we receive the returned item, My Kissan will give a full refund (excluding shipping, as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order) after verification of the product at our warehouse. Refunds shall be processed as per applicable guidelines, notifications, or laws passed by the RBI, and it may take 7–14 additional business days to reflect in your account.

If you want to return any product, you should inform us on the same day. You also have the option to cancel your order, or we may cancel orders placed within 1 day from the date of ordering on our website.
